Look, I'm going to need more evidence that he was injured. I need multiple camera angles, sworn testimony, and a full investigation before we can come to any conclusions on whether this man is actually injured.

Sorry, but ICE has worked hard to raise the bar for what counts as "badly injured," and a guy in Call Of Duty cosplay who is able to walk around complaining about his injuries doesn't make the cut anymore.

A reminder - the Supreme Court says police have no duty to help.  None at all.  So Minneapolis PD not helping is par for the course.
